Prohibited Uses

You will not assign, sublicense, transfer, pledge, sell, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise dispose of the content, or any part of it, or share your rights under this Agreement, to others.

You will not give others access to your username and password.

You will not discuss, disclose or share information about our proprietary technology and systems with third parties.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that while using the products and services offered by Niche-Mart you will be given access to our proprietary technology and systems and further agree that you will not discuss, disclose, share, sell or otherwise communicate information about our proprietary technology and systems to others (third parties) under any circumstances.

You further agree that Niche-Mart has provided a venue for supporting it's products and services and that at no time will you seek support, discuss, disclose or otherwise comment on Niche-Mart products and services, including through public or private forums, blogs, web sites, social networking or other services outside of the venue provided, regardless of your reasons for doing so.

Non-Competitive Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that that after purchasing any Niche-Mart product you will not create, cause to be created, or assist in the creation of a competing product or service related to the products purchased from us for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. You further agree that you are not the creator, owner or distributor of any competing product or service or purchasing any Niche-Mart product on behalf of said competing product owner.

Consent to Use Information

When you communicate with us, send us information, or provide content to us or out website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights you have in the content, in any manner whatsoever, in any media now known or which may be created in the future, including in other works and forms not associated with this website
