the Branding eTool or password to anyone. The Branding
eTool is for your use only. You CAN NOT brand anyone
else's information into this eSoftware. This is for
your information only.
All web site links (URLs)
must point to business related web sites. This means no
porno, gambling or other un-related business web sites.
Absolutely no illegal websites are to be used.
As a current PAID member of this site
you can give Resale Rights to your members. But your
members CAN NOT give anyone else Resale Rights.
You have membership
rights to this eSoftware. You CAN NOT give anyone else
membership rights. Membership rights are for current
PAID members only.
Since you have membership rights
you can not just add every product from this Niche-Mart
site into your membership sites. This will dilute
the value of the products.
You can choose up to 30% of the
products from each category of every month to
place into your membership site or sites.
Example: June Products - You
can use up to 30% of each category of products in the month of June
giving you a total of up to 30% of June's products. In
July you can use 30% more from the month of June giving
you the opportunity to use a total of 60% from the month
of June. In the month of August you can use another 30%
from the month of June which gives you a total of 90%
from the month of June. Then in September you can use
the other 10% giving you a total of 100% of June's
products that can be added into your membership site or
sites.
The example above can be used for every
month you are a current PAID member of Niche-Mart.
Here's another example if you are a
current PAID member from June thru September:

This chart shows how much of
Niche-Mart products you can add to your membership sites.
If you joined in June and you then stayed a current paid
member into September. In September you would be able to
add a total of 100% of June's products, 90% of July's products, 60%
of August products and then also 30% of September's
products to your membership sites.
That is a lot of products to add to your
membership sites or you could sell them individually.
Not abiding by the above
rules could lead to immediate membership termination, or more
serious consequences.
Understand these
rules are put in place for YOUR benefit and protection.
